Virginia Franzese Olin

CEO

Virginia, whose background includes marketing, management, sales and business development, has successfully held numerous leadership positions throughout her tenure. Much of Virginia’s career to this point has been spent in college enrollment management, retention and academic advising. Most recently she is responsible for the business development efforts of Aranya Software Technologies, Inc., a highly regarded, Kansas City based custom software engineering firm. New to auto racing, Virginia brings a fresh perspective and infectious energy to the DigiRace organization. Virginia looks forward to growing her auto racing knowledge, growing DigiRace and becoming auto racing’s biggest fan!

 

Michael Ballinger

Co-Founder and MotorSports Advisor

Michael, a Disabled Veteran of the Coast Guard since 1985, is a local Entrepreneur.  A long time fan of auto racing, Michael left the position of Director of IT for a major casino company, to franchise into Racing Limos, Inc. a limousine service operating in stretched limousines resembling racecars.  After selling Racing Limos, Michael began volunteering his time with DigiRace.  Michael’s reputation, relevant business experience and racing contacts throughout the United States enable DigiRace to gain insider access to the industry. Michael is responsible for staying atop of the latest racing trends, providing introductions to race organizations and creating news and entertainment strategies aimed at attracting fans and racing organizations to DigiRace.

 

Seth Meinzen

VP of Operations

Seth has a high entrepreneurial spirit and has been involved with over seven startup ventures.  With each venture, Seth has played a key role in creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies.  Seth received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing, with an emphasis in Leadership, from Marietta College.  Seth originally came across the idea for DigiRace while rowing boats for the collegiate team.  Seeing the significant value that media could bring to a racing sport, Seth set out to build a system that would provide every spectator the best seat possible to see all the action.  Since College, Seth partnered up with Michael Ballinger and the two collaborated to bring this system to mid-tier auto racing.  Seth is passionate about helping people and is most excited about the opportunity to bring mid-tier racing teams, tracks, and series a technology that can help them broadcast their races and provide more value for the industry.    

 

Jared Sohn

Lead Developer

Jared, a Software Engineer for Aranya Software Technologies, Inc. was recently charged with leading the development for DigiRace.  Originally haling from Southern Missouri, Jared graduated from University of Missouri - Rolla (now Missouri University of Science & Technology).  He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (with a Minor in Literature) in December of 2007.  Since joining the Aranya team, he’s contributed to a number of projects for a number of clients.  DigiRace, though, has now become his primary project and his first as Lead Developer.  He is excited to be a part of such an interesting endeavor and can’t wait for racing fans and drivers alike to enjoy the fruits of his labor as much as he’s enjoying the building process.
